The Kumho Solus KH17 is a grand touring summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. The tire offers exceptional summer weather traction and it grips the road well in wet and dry weather conditions due to the silica based tire compound. It is, however, not recommended for use in winter weather, as the tire compound loses its exceptional traction in such weather conditions. The three wide circumferential grooves help resist hydroplaning by eliminating water from below the tire footprint.
